Lacey Rotary Duck Dash is Back!

The Lacey Rotary Duck Dash is right around the corner, and the weather is supposed to be amazing. This Saturday, June 4th, its time to get your ducks in a row and come out to Tumwater Falls Park. Enjoy the cool breeze from the Deschutes River and watch those duckies dash. You might even win something!

Entertainment from local school bands and games & activities for kids get started at 11:00. Then, at 4:00 p.m., the ducks are released from the bridge above the Deschutes River and the race begins. An estimated 12,000 ducks will be fighting their way through the rapids, waterfalls, and tree snags to the finish line.

One of the duck tickets will be selected prior to the race. If that lucky duck is one of the first 20 to cross the finish line, the ticket holder will win a Ford Mustang! 12 other prizes will be awarded, including:

1st Prize: A 46-inch 3D TV with Blu-Ray player from Best Buy

2nd Prize: .86 carat solitaire diamond ring from Kluh Jewelers

3rd Prize: Diamond and sapphire necklace from Ben Bridge Jewelry

4th Prize: $1,500 in cold, hard cash from O Bee Credit Union

And the list goes on...
